Crafted with Precision: Our Arinto White

This elegant white wine is a pure expression of 100% Arinto, meticulously produced to highlight its vibrant character. The majority of the wine is fermented and matured in stainless steel tanks, where it rests on fine lees for nine months to build complexity and texture. A small, yet significant, portion – 5% of the batch – undergoes maturation in a combination of French oak and Acacia barrels for a minimum of six to nine months, adding subtle layers of richness and aromatic depth.

This elegant Reserva wine from Quinta Pousada de Fora, exclusively made from estate-grown grapes, the vineyard spans 5.8 hectares.

TASTING NOTES

It is a complex pour with citric freshness, apple pear & peach aromatics, which is balanced and elegant.
